lunch at the lock

The fog cleared off and it got really nice out.  we were on our way to the town called Clemacy.
We would be there by happy hour by our clocks, and their market day would be happening the next morning.  We'd been missing the market days by one day in each town along the way so we were
excited to be getting there.

In the pic above we were waiting at lunch time for the lock to open.  All the locks close on the river for lunch between 12 and 1pm.  We pulled up and tied off and then another boat from behind us hipped up alongside and tied off to us.   They were from South Africa.  We met a lot of couples from there on this trip.
We had a really nice lunch in this spot and by the time we were done and had it cleaned up the lock was opened for us.  You could see the cliffs behind us we had just passed by.
