First day on the boat

Sept. 6th...so by the time we got off the dock it was late in the day but we wanted to get moving so we just went through two locks to get down the river.   this is one of the first ones.  i was playing with the bow thrusters when J took this one.  when we pull into them we are really low, and when they open about 15 mintues later, we were up level with the concrete wall next to me.  it was not hard, just became a little time consuming locking through by the end of the week.   I want bow thrusters for Christmas!!! ha
